    Holly and Kevin Brown believe everyone has a “calling,” a “Siren Song.” Their calling is to share the romance of European style and hand-crafted wines paired with a mouth-watering menu at their Provençal style winery and restaurant. Holly (Executive Chef) and Kevin (Head Winemaker) take you on a culinary adventure at their Vineyard Estate perched on the South Shore of Lake Chelan. At Siren Song you’ll discover wine tasting, dining, special events, live music, and cooking classes specifically designed for wine lovers. Our lake and vineyard views will delight your senses.     Classic Caesar Salad:

    Gem lettuce, house-made Caesar dressing and croutons, shaved parmigiano-reggiano.

    Course 2:

    Lamb Lasagna:

    Red wine lamb ragout, house-made pasta sheets, bechamel sauce, herbed ricotta cheese, and marinara - served with chef’s garlic toast.

    Course 3:

    Chocolate Cerries:

    Bada Bing cherries wrapped in our own sweet fondant and dipped in 70% cacao chocolate.

    Tsillan Cellar’s owner Dr. Bob Jankelson admits that the food of Italy captured him before he developed his interest in wine. Dozens of teaching trips to Italy instilled an appreciation of Italian cuisine paired with food friendly wine shared with friends and family. The same meticulous attention to detail evident in Tsillan Cellar’s stunning Italian architecture and grounds transfers to a kitchen that brings world class dining to the shores of Lake Chelan. While Sorrento’s Ristorante is the perfect setting for a romantic evening of dining with that special person it is also the perfect venue to entertain business colleagues, friends, or a warm family dining experience.

    Here at The Lakeside Tavern our passion is food, drinks, and entertainment. Our goal is to provide some of our favorite renditions of these simple pleasures to our community. Owned and opperated by two Chefs, its very important to us to maintain a scratch kitchen and bar, serving up fresh, seasonal, and homemade products in an elevated but approachable Tavern scene.
