  • Art Walk: Artists include Diane Paton Peel, Maddie and Harry Cogswell, Sue Walker and her daughter, Wendy Schram and her daughter, Anne Clausen and her daughter,  Zoe and Celeste Thomas, Jessica Shaffer, Sara Horlebein, Brogan Kelly, Rachel Clark and sculptor, Mike Keller, and more! 
  • Special musical performances from the children of Chelan and elsewhere!

              Kid Calypso

The Morgan Owings Elementary School Marimba Band

Lead by our very own Bob Soost.  Look for them on Emerson Street by Swim World and the Museum.  That portion of Emerson Street will be closed for the evening.

Look for sightings of Miss Lake Chelan and her court.

  • Get information from the Genealogy Society in front of Company 107.  Maybe Shakespeare is a distant relative?
  • The “3” Amigos playing timeless music at the Historical Museum
  • Valley Bloomers will be selling Heirloom seeds and tickets for their Harriet Dowdall Memorial raffle of a quail decoy, their gardening advice is free! 
  • TLC4 Troops www.tlc4troops.bravehost.com will be collecting hygiene products, socks, non-perishable snack items, games and cash donations for care packages for our US soldiers abroad.
  •  Chelan Dog’s Jon and Robbie Luke at Whaley’s with tips for your 4 legged friends.
  •  Visit with the Soroptomists about the Chelan Chase 
  • PEO, Philanthropic Educational Organization, will have a bake sale to help provide financial assistance for the education of women.
  • Lake Chelan Valley EMS will have their ambulance on hand and volunteers from the SPHERE Program will be doing blood pressure and glucose monitoring in front of Radio Shack.
  • Rodeo Lake Chelan will have information on the high school rodeo circuit show they will be sponsoring May 8 & 9
  • Chelan Valley Independent School will share ideas on Ways to Enhance Children’s Activity and Nutrition—W.E.C.A.N.   based on the National Institute of Health’s Obesity Prevention in youth and the community.
  • Bach Fest volunteers will be selling tickets to the Stephen Beus concert pianist recital scheduled for May 23.  They will also have information on their dinner/auction June 27th and on Bach Fest activities from July 10-17.
  • Enjoy live music and great food in the Campbell's Bistro from 6-8 pm on all Fridays. This week enjoy, enjoy guitarist, Brian Shaffer
  • The Vogue...a Liquid Lounge, features live music every Friday and Saturday night from 8-10 pm. all ages welcome, no cover. Experience live music, enjoy a glass of wine and a "slice of community".
  • Main St Gallery will feature Artists in Action with Diane Paton Peel, who will be painting in oil.  Having grown up in the area, Diane captures the Chelan Valley in oils.  Call the gallery for details of a  workshop in Riverwalk Park from 1-3 on Friday, “Painting a Landscape in Oils”.   Joining her on Friday evening is Manson student artist, Jessica Shaffer who will be painting and her father Brian Shaffer, who will play the guitar from 5-6 pm.
